NYC Chinese Restaurant Workers Sue Over Alleged Labor Law Violations
October 16, 2017 Canteen 82 Inc., Steam Noodle House, Inc., Steamer Dumpling House Inc., and three individuals with control of the businesses are facing a lawsuit filed by seven former employees who allege the defendants failed to comply with state and federal labor laws.
