Suit Says Stage Door Deli Robs Employees of Earned Wages
August 9, 2017 Mastiha Corp. (which does business as Stage Door Deli) and two individual owners are facing a lawsuit filed by a former employee who claims they failed to comply with wage and hour regulations set forth under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York law.
