Consumer Sues Homeside Financial Over Telemarketing Robocalls
July 26, 2017 Homeside Financial, LLC has been hit with a proposed class action lawsuit by a Maryland consumer who claims the defendant placed illegal telemarketing robocalls to his cell phone without his prior consent.
