September 7, 2017 Six former employees of Fluor Enterprises, Inc. have filed suit against the company claiming they are owed overtime wages and haven’t been paid for all the hours they worked.

August 16, 2017 Fluor Corporation, subsidiary Fluor Enterprises, Inc. and SCANA Corporation are facing claims that they violated the WARN Act by failing to provide proper notification of termination to approximately 5,000 employees who were laid off on July 31, 2017.
