Equinox Collection Services Attempted to Collect Unauthorized Payment Processing Fee, Lawsuit Claims
May 22, 2018 From Texas federal court comes a proposed class action wherein the plaintiff claims Equinox Collection Services, Inc. mailed her a notice in which it attempted to add an extraneous, unauthorized processing fee for credit card and bank draft payments.
