Credit Control Services Robocalls Wrong Person, Suit Says
July 7, 2017 Credit Control Services, Inc. is on the receiving end of a proposed class action lawsuit that claims it illegally autodialed a consumer’s cell phone without her consent in an attempt to collect an alleged debt owed by another person.
