Education Corporation of America Facing Class Action From Former Employees After Abrupt School Closures
December 10, 2018 Education Corporation of America has been named in a proposed class action filed by former employees who claim they were not given proper notice of the for-profit college chain's abrupt closure of dozens of schools and are owed lost wages and benefits.
