Bridge Point Capital, LLC is the defendant in a proposed class action lawsuit that alleges the Wyoming company broke the law with its practice of sending consumers and businesses unsolicited fax advertisements. The 33-page lawsuit was filed in Florida district court.
The plaintiffs, two New York-based companies, claim the defendant, through various subsidiaries, violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending unauthorized fax messages promoting its loan and working capital products to small businesses.
