Annexmed Billing Services Hit with TCPA Lawsuit Over Faxed Advertisements

Blue Ridge Podiatry Associates, a business located in North Carolina, filed a proposed class action against Annexmed Billing Services Inc. for allegedly violating the Junk Fax Prevention Act (JFPA), an amendment of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The plaintiff reports receiving unwanted fax advertisements from the defendant without prior consent, which expended valuable resources and time.
