A proposed class action against Toyota alleges the company concealed a defect that causes many vehicle models’ HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems to emit “noxious and foul odors” into the cars during use. At 81 pages deep, the lawsuit claims the below stable of Toyota and Lexus vehicles may be affected by the alleged defect:
