Allegedly Defective HVAC Systems Spark Class Action Against Toyota

A proposed class action against Toyota alleges the company concealed a defect that causes many vehicle models’ HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems to emit “noxious and foul odors” into the cars during use. At 81 pages deep, the lawsuit claims the below stable of Toyota and Lexus vehicles may be affected by the alleged defect:

Toyota has allegedly acknowledged the problem, but has also said it cannot remedy the issue, leaving consumer with few options.
