Attorneys who work with ClassAction.org are currently investigating concerns over the Page Plus Unlimited Service plan. Complaints by consumers have alleged that Page Plus is unlawfully terminating their prepaid unlimited talk and text plans. These customers were alerted of the termination via text message and did not receive a prorated refund of their monthly service charge.
