Ferrara Candy: Arsenic Concerns Spark Lawsuit A proposed class action lawsuit is claiming that there are toxic levels of arsenic in some Ferrara candy products, including certain Sweet Tarts, Nerds, Laffy Taffy, and Trolli gummies, and that consumers were never made aware.
