So, if you’re a Facebook user who made a purchase on either website, find out how you can join others taking action here. | Poppi prebiotic sodas recently skyrocketed in popularity as a “gut-healthy” product, but a recently filed lawsuit is claiming that the products contain only a meager amount of prebiotic fiber. The case states that an amount of prebiotic fiber that low (only two grams) cannot provide any meaningful health benefits from just one can. In fact, the lawsuit argues that to realize any gut health benefits, a person would need to drink four cans of Poppi soda daily for 21 consecutive days.
