Tower Administrative Services Security Incident: What Happened?
Pennsylvania-based Tower Administrative Services, which administers insurance premium payments and manages bi-weekly mortgage acceleration programs, has reported a data breach that may have compromised sensitive personal information. Though the total number of people affected is not yet known, 25,742 Texas residents are among those involved.
An online notice states that Tower Administrative Services first became aware of suspicious network activity on or around February 4, 2026. An investigation determined that information on its system may have been accessed without authorization on or around February 3 of the same year. The information that may have been compromised in the Tower Administrative Services data breach includes names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and financial account information.
Tower Administrative Services completed investigating, reviewing the potentially impacted data, and gathering relevant contact information on May 20, issuing notifications to those who may have been involved.
