A recent data security incident at Family Health Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan has exposed the personal information of approximately 33,240 individuals.
Upon discovery of the incident, which occurred on January 25, 2024, Family Health Center engaged a third-party cybersecurity firm to conduct a forensic investigation, which revealed evidence that some files were accessed by an unauthorized actor.
