Doctors Imaging Group Security Incident: What Happened?
Florida-based Doctors Imaging Group has announced a cyber security event impacting its computer network. The Doctors Imaging Group data breach came to light when suspicious activity was detected, leading to an investigation that revealed unauthorized access between November 5 and November 11, 2024, during which files were copied.
The review of these files, completed on August 29, 2025, identified potentially compromised information including names, addresses, birth dates, admission dates, financial account details, patient account numbers, medical record numbers, insurance information, medical treatment and claim details, and Social Security numbers.
Doctors Imaging Group, a physician-owned radiology practice with centers in Palatka and Gainesville, Florida, has sent notifications to affected individuals via mail, using available address information.
