Case & Associates Security Incident: What Happened?
Case & Associates, a commercial and residential property management company operating in Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, has reported a data breach involving sensitive information.
According to a sample notice mailed to affected individuals, as seen below, Case & Associates discovered on or around March 14, 2026 that an unauthorized actor may have gained access to its network environment. After a forensic investigation and manual document review, the company determined on June 3, 2026 that the affected systems, which were accessed between September 1, 2025 and March 16, 2026, contained personal information.
A report filed with the Texas Attorney General’s Office suggests that the Case & Associates data breach impacted names and Social Security numbers.
Case & Associates has started sending notices to individuals affected by the breach.
