C.R. Pharmacy Services, Inc., which does business as CarePro Health Services, is set to pay a $1.3 million class action settlement to resolve a lawsuit filed over the 2023 data breach detailed on this page.

Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the CarePro Health Services data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
On or around November 16, 2023, CR Pharmacy Services, Inc., which operates as CarePro Health Services, experienced a network disruption incident. Third-party specialists were engaged to investigate the nature and extent of the incident, and it was determined that unauthorized access to certain information within company systems occurred around November 14.
Data potentially exposed in the breach varies by individual and may include full names, contact details, dates of birth, medical information (including treatment information, lab results, provider names, diagnoses and prescription information), insurance details, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, and financial account information.
Approximately 151,499 individuals were reportedly affected by the data breach at CarePro, which provides pharmacy services, home medical equipment and home care services. The company is now notifying patients and entities who utilized its services of the data breach, as their information may have been stored on company systems.
