Bee, Bergvall & Co., a Pennsylvania-based accounting and tax firm serving individuals and small businesses, has reported a data breach that may have exposed sensitive personal information.

According to a September 28, 2026 notice posted to its website, Bee, Bergvall & Co. became aware of certain unauthorized activity within its computer systems on or around October 14, 2025. An investigation with a third-party forensics team revealed that certain information within the firm's systems was subject to unauthorized access for a period of time.

After completing a review of the affected data, Bee, Bergvall & Co. determined on August 28, 2026 that the incident potentially exposed names, dates of birth, driver's license and state-issued identification numbers, health insurance information, medical information, financial account information, passport numbers, taxpayer ID numbers, payment card information, government-issued ID numbers and Social Security numbers.

The Bee, Bergvall & Co. data breach was also reported to the Vermont Attorney General's Office on September 25, 2026.
