Baker Drywall has agreed to offer identity theft protection and reimbursement for certain expenses as part of a class action settlement that resolves litigation over the 2024 data breach detailed on this page.

Baker Drywall Partnership, a drywall and plaster specialty contractor that does business as BakerTriangle, recently reported a data breach to the Texas attorney general's office.
Not much is known about the BakerTriangle data breach, but the company noted that consumers' names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial information and health insurance details were affected.
According to the report, notice is being mailed to affected consumers.
