The inquiry revealed unauthorized access to personal information within Alpine Ear, Nose, & Throat's network.
The company subsequently conducted a review to identify specific individuals affected by the Alpine Ear, Nose, and Throat data breach and the types of data accessed, completing this process on October 9, 2025. The exposed information may have included demographic details, birth dates, medical and health insurance information, and for some, financial account details, credit card information and Social Security numbers.
Notification letters were sent to affected individuals via mail on January 30, 2026.
