Trionfo Solutions Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Trionfo Solutions data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Trionfo Solutions, an insurance technology solutions company, reported a data breach in which an unauthorized actor accessed certain systems between December 4 and December 6, 2023. The company states in its online notice of the incident that the unauthorized party may have acquired files containing personal information belonging to its “business customers’ employees or their customers’ employees.”
The Trionfo Solutions data breach has reportedly exposed the names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, phone numbers and email addresses of 65,787 individuals.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Trionfo Solutions to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
