Time Equities Security Incident: What Happened?
Time Equities, a real estate company involved in investment, development, property management, real estate brokerage, and alternative energy, experienced a data breach affecting some personal information.
A letter sent to the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office states that Time Equities first discovered suspicious network activity on October 16, 2025. An investigation, aided by cybersecurity experts, found that unauthorized access to certain files occurred on the same day it was discovered. A review of the potentially affected data revealed that first and last names, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers may have been compromised in the Time Equities data breach. Potentially affected individuals were notified by April 24, 2026 (see sample notification letter below).
Time Equities manages 5,000 multi-family units and 342 properties across 36 states.
