SSA Holdings Security Incident: What Happened?
SSA Holdings, LLC, which operates as SSA Group, has reported a recent data breach that may have exposed personal information. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, SSA provides retail, admissions, dining and other services to zoos, museums, aquariums and cultural attractions.
The SSA Group data breach involved unauthorized access to the company's computer network, leading to the acquisition of certain files by an outside party on September 15, 2025. The files included sensitive information such as names and Social Security numbers, according to a report provided to the Texas Attorney General's Office.
SSA Holdings is sending direct notice of the incident to affected individuals.
