According to a sample notification letter (pictured below), names and Social Security numbers were involved. For some of those impacted by the Risk Strategies data breach, medical information and health, dental, and/or vision insurance information may have been compromised.
A report detailing the cybersecurity incident was submitted to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on June 23, 2026.
