RelaDyne Security Incident: What Happened?
RelaDyne, a Texas-based provider of lubricants, fuel solutions, diesel exhaust fluid, and industrial reliability services, has reported a data breach that may have exposed sensitive information.
According to a sample notice sent to potentially affected individuals, shown below, RelaDyne and its parent company AIP RD Buyer Corp. recently experienced a data security incident that potentially involved access to personal information.
The company investigated the incident with cybersecurity specialists and determined that it may have impacted names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
The RelaDyne data breach was additionally reported to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on October 27, 2026.
