ProSearch Security Incident: What Happened?
On January 27, 2025, a security incident was identified at ProSearch Strategies, LLC, which provides e-discovery solutions to corporate legal departments and law firms. The incident involved unauthorized access to some of the company’s systems.
A report published by the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation indicates that Social Security numbers, financial account information and driver’s license information may have been impacted in the ProSearch data breach.
