Neinstein Plastic Surgery, based in New York City, has reported a data breach involving unauthorized access to a practice email account. A sample notification letter (pictured below) states that unauthorized access was first detected on December 2, 2025. An investigation by third-party experts found that the breach occurred from November 12 to November 20, 2025.
Though investigations revealed that the Neinstein Plastic Surgery data breach was financially motivated and targeted the organization, by February 20, 2026, it was confirmed that files containing personal data were affected. This information includes names, dates of birth, contact details, driver’s license or passport numbers, health insurance and clinical data, credit card or financial account details, and Social Security numbers.
Neinstein Plastic Surgery operates a clinical office on Park Avenue and a surgical center on 5th Avenue.
