MFLEX Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the MFLEX data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. (MFLEX), a company that specializes in providing flexible printed circuit and component assembly solutions in the electronics industry, has recently discovered and reported a data security incident that occurred between December 1, 2022 and January 2, 2023. The breach exposed individuals' personal information, including their first and last names, birth dates, driver's license numbers, financial account details, health insurance identification numbers, passport numbers, and Social Security numbers. Other potentially compromised data includes birth certificates, individual taxpayer identification numbers, worker's compensation information, medical treatment or diagnosis details, digital signatures, payment card numbers and access information, and usernames and passwords.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force MFLEX to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
