Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of reports of a possible MorseLife data breach.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who believe their information may have been put at risk, including current and former MorseLife staff, residents and their families.
Reports Emerge of Possible MorseLife Security Breach
MorseLife Health System, a provider of senior living residences and healthcare services in Florida, may have suffered a data breach.
According to an October 4, 2026 post on dark web monitoring site Ransomware.live, hacker group Booba Project was behind the suspected attack, which was estimated to have occurred two days prior.
Breachsense, another cybersecurity reporting platform, similarly stated that Booba Project claimed to be responsible for an attack that allegedly involved 344 gigabytes of data from the elderly care company.
At the time this post was made, no additional information was available about the scope or nature of the unconfirmed MorseLife Health System data breach.

If you're affiliated with MorseLife and suspect your information could have been put at risk, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, lost time, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
