Mainline Health Data Breach: Lawsuit Investigation

Mainline Health Security Incident: What Happened?
Mainline Health Systems Inc. recently announced a data breach involving personal information collected and maintained by the company. The incident was identified on April 10, 2024, leading to an investigation with cybersecurity experts.
By May 21, 2025, Mainline Health discovered that files containing sensitive personal and health information were compromised. Affected data includes names, birthdates, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial and payment card information, health insurance information, and medical details pertaining to treatment, diagnoses, prescriptions, and more. Not all details were compromised for every individual.
Mainline Health is notifying affected individuals and sent notices via U.S. mail on June 20, 2025. According to a report to the Maine Attorney General's Office, 101,104 people were impacted by the Mainline Health Systems data breach.
Mainline Health Systems operates over 30 locations in Arkansas, across Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Grant, and Lincoln counties, providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services.
