Information that may have been exposed during the LifeTouch data breach, varying by individual, includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, treatment information and diagnoses.
Addresses, driver's license numbers, financial information, medical data and health insurance details may have also been affected, according to an October 13, 2026 report filed with the Texas Attorney General's Office.
The LifeTouch Health data breach was also reported to the Vermont Attorney General's Office on the same day.
