Larry Flynt's Lucky Lady Casino Data Breach

Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Lucky Lady Casino data breach.

As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who had their information exposed in the incident, including those who received notice of the Lucky Lady Casino data breach or otherwise believe they are affected.

Larry Flynt’s Lucky Lady Casino, operating in Gardena, California, has reported a data breach involving unauthorized access to its systems.

A letter sent to the Maine Attorney General’s Office states that Lucky Lady Casino first discovered unauthorized activity on its computer network on or around May 19, 2025. Aided by a third-party cybersecurity firm, an investigation determined that, between May 14 and May 18 of that year, an unauthorized actor accessed the casino’s system and network, exfiltrating data stored there. A data review, conducted alongside third-party specialists and subsequently reassessed by the casino, identified the information present in the files compromised in the Larry Flynt’s Lucky Lady Casino data breach.

According to a sample notification letter (pictured below), the potentially exposed information varies by individual but may include names, dates of birth, driver’s licenses or state IDs, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, and health insurance information.

Those affected by the Lucky Lady Casino data breach are being notified in writing beginning on June 10, 2026.
