As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who had their information exposed in the incident, including those who received notice of the Indico data breach or otherwise believe they are affected.

Indico Security Incident: What Happened?

Indico Data Solutions, a Boston-based software company that provides an insurance intake and orchestration platform, has reported a data breach involving the information of its corporate customers.

According to a notice posted on its website, Indico determined on May 7, 2026 that it had suffered a cybersecurity incident. Following an investigation with external cybersecurity specialists, the company found that an unauthorized party may have accessed online repositories containing corporate customer information.

Information potentially impacted by the Indico Data data breach includes names, addresses and Social Security numbers.

The investigation is ongoing but Indico Data has started notifying affected individuals of the incident. A sample notification letter, which was submitted to the Nebraska Attorney General's Office, can be seen below.
