Imagine360 Data Breach:
Lawsuit Investigation
Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the Imagine360 data breach discovered in January 2025.
As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.
Imagine360, which provides self-funded health plan solutions for employers, disclosed a data breach that involved unauthorized access to an employee’s email account and exposed personal and protected health information. The breach was discovered on January 24, 2025, though the unauthorized access occurred on May 10 and May 16, 2024.
Upon identifying the breach, Imagine360 executed an organization-wide password reset and secured its email systems. The company also launched an investigation, finding unauthorized access to the email account, but no evidence that any emails were downloaded or copied during the Imagine360 data breach.
Potentially compromised data includes names, dates of birth, medical details, health insurance information and Social Security numbers.
If your information was exposed in the breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
A successful case could also force Imagine360 to ensure it takes proper steps to protect the information it was entrusted with.
