According to a June 24 post on dark web threat monitoring site Ransomware.live, threat actor Incransom has claimed responsibility for the suspected cyberattack, which was estimated to have occurred the day prior to its discovery, June 23.

At the time this post was made, no additional information about the possible Horizon Eye Care data breach was available.
