According to a notice posted to the Heart Vascular & Leg Center website, the company became aware on or around July 20, 2026 that a third-party vendor's cybersecurity event affected the personal and protected health information it received. Specifically, information was acquired without authorization from its vendor's systems between November 27 and November 30, 2025.
Information that may have been exposed in the Heart Vascular & Leg Center data breach includes names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account or payment card information, dates of birth, treatment information, prescription information, diagnoses, health insurance policy numbers, taxpayer ID numbers and passport or other government ID numbers.
The healthcare company has started sending notice to individuals potentially affected by the incident; a sample is shown below.
