Dulcich Security Incident: What Happened?
Dulcich, Inc., a seafood processing and distribution company operating under the name Pacific Seafood, has disclosed a data breach affecting 40,066 individuals. The breach was identified after the company detected unauthorized access to its network, and an investigation was launched with assistance from external cybersecurity experts.
The investigation uncovered that the Pacific Seafood data breach occurred between June 24 and June 25, 2024, allowing unauthorized access to files containing personal data. Exposed information may include names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's licenses/state IDs, passports, financial account details, diagnosis and treatment information, and health insurance details. Dulcich sent notification letters to affected individuals at their last known addresses on October 14, 2025.
