Curium Pharma Security Incident: What Happened?
Curium Pharma, known for developing, manufacturing, and supplying radiopharmaceutical products, has reported a security incident that affected certain individuals' data. On October 17, 2024, the company's IT team discovered suspicious network activity. In response, Curium Pharma secured its network and initiated an investigation with the help of an external cybersecurity firm. The investigation revealed that unauthorized access to some data occurred between October 15 and October 19, 2024.
As a result of the Curium Pharma data breach, the company began notifying affected individuals via U.S. mail around June 20, 2025. According to information submitted to the Maine Attorney General's Office, the data breach may have compromised names and Social Security numbers.
