Community Property Management, a California-based firm that specializes in the management of condominiums, homeowners' associations, and other common interest developments, may have suffered a data breach.
According to a September 16, 2026 post on dark web monitoring site Ransomware.live, hacker group DragonForce claimed to be responsible for an attack that reportedly exposed over 200 gigabytes of data from the company. The suspected attack was estimated to have occurred the same day the post was made.
HookPhish, another cybersecurity blog, similarly stated that DragonForce was behind the alleged attack on Community Property Management.
At the time this post was made, no additional information was available about the scope or nature of the unconfirmed Community Property Management data breach.
