Century Support Services Security Incident: What Happened?
Next Level Finance Partners, LLC, which does business as Century Support Services, has reported that it experienced a data breach in early November 2024. After discovering unauthorized access to its computer systems, the Pennsylvania-based company, which specializes in debt settlement programs, launched an investigation and manual document review.
Around May 30, 2025, Century Support Services determined that files impacted by the incident may have contained sensitive personal information, potentially including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license or state identification numbers, medical information, health insurance details, passport numbers, financial account data and digital signatures. Addresses may have also been exposed, according to a report provided to the Texas Attorney General's office.
Information reported to the Maine Attorney General’s office indicates that the Century Support Services data breach affected 160,759 individuals.
