Analog Devices Security Incident: What Happened?
Analog Devices, a publicly traded semiconductor manufacturer and data processing company, has disclosed a data breach in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The investigation is ongoing but has so far revealed that certain files were exfiltrated from the affected systems.
Analog Devices will provide notifications to affected parties and regulators as it continues to evaluate the incident and determine what information was potentially impacted.
At the time this post was made, no additional information about the scope or nature of the Analog Devices data breach was publicly available.
The filing also discloses that Analog Devices was made aware on July 26, 2026 of an unrelated cybersecurity matter that it is currently assessing for validity.
