AgelessRx Security Incident: What Happened?
AgelessRx, a digital health company, has reported a data breach that may have compromised sensitive personal information.
A sample notification letter (pictured below) states that AgelessRx first discovered on April 22, 2026 that certain files on its system may have been accessed without authorization. Enlisting third-party specialists to aid in an investigation, the company determined that some help-desk tickets had been accessed by an unauthorized actor between April 17 and April 22 of the same year. By May 27, a review of the impacted data, which includes names, dates of birth, health diagnoses or conditions, medications, and other treatment information, determined whose information was compromised in the AgelessRx data breach.
Prior to official confirmation of the AgelessRx data breach, an April 25, 2026 article on BreachNews reported unverified claims from a threat actor purporting to sell a database of patient records and prescription-related information stolen from AgelessRx.
