According to a lawsuit filed in Florida, R&G Espanola has failed to properly pay its employees. The suit claims that Espanola’s workers – including the plaintiff, who was hired as a busboy – weren’t paid proper overtime wages even though they routinely worked an average of 23 extra hours per week.
