CMG Development Facing Workers' Unpaid Overtime Class Action

Florida company CMG Development LLC and its owner and manager are the defendants in a proposed class action claiming employees were not paid appropriate overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The plaintiff, a former construction worker, claims he worked an average of 50 hours a week between June 2013 and February 2016 without being paid at the time-and-a-half rate for his extra hours.
