P.M.F Steel Corp. and two executives have been hit with a lawsuit out of New York that claims they violated federal wage and hour laws.
P.M.F Steel Corp. and two executives have been hit with a lawsuit out of New York that claims they violated federal wage and hour laws. The plaintiff worked for the defendants as a construction worker and welder for approximately two years and says he never received overtime pay despite working 46+ hours per week. The suit also claims the defendants failed to post notices regarding minimum wage and overtime laws in an conspicuous area of the workplace and failed to keep payroll records in violation of both federal and state laws.
