A class action filed in Florida against the Law Offices of Alex Hanna and its namesake claims the firm sent unsolicited texts to consumers via an automatic telephone dialing system. The suit says the law firm violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by engaging in “bulk marketing” to potential clients by sending short text messages of 120 characters or fewer.
