DT Hospitality Group Inc. – which does business as Co Ba Restaurant – is facing a lawsuit out of New York alleging the company and its owner violated federal and state wage and hour laws. The plaintiffs claim that they are owed back wages for unpaid overtime work, compensation for spread of hours pay, and money for unlawfully retained tips. They hope the case will cover anyone who was formerly employed by the defendants between July 20, 2013 and present day as non-exempt employees and who were not paid the minimum wage or proper overtime.
