Ryan T. Baczkiewicz, age 18, of Toelsin Road in Cheektowaga, was arrested at home by Erie County Sheriff’s Deputy Darryl DeMari on Feb. 21, and faces a felony charge following his alleged actions at a Valentine’s Day party in the Town of Elma.
